This slotted squeegee blade is designed to fit on the Trusted Clean 'Dura 20' battery powered automatic floor scrubber and made from a gum rubber which is an excellent solution for recovering solution on indoor floors that are smooth and even and will leaver the floors dry to the touch. Since this squeegee will absorb oil and start to lose its rigidity, they are not recommended for use in oily environments. Slots in this front squeegee allow solution to flow through the squeegee into the recovery chamber where the front and rear squeegee blades create suction from the vacuum and will guide the solution to the recovery hose. To reduce streaking made by excess dirt and debris, it is recommended to wipe the front and rear squeegee blades clean after each use. This will also clean off any chemicals that could potentially cause warping. Also, rotating each squeegee after around 20 hours allows the squeegee to work at peak efficiency, maximize longevity, and reduce streaking.
