This product gets used almost daily for several hours. We have an in house janitorial crew and used it in the cafeteria as well as many other common areas. We purchased this buffer after much research for our renovated school turned apartment building. After the construction dust settled we decided all the floors in all 40 units needed to be restripped and rewaxed and this buffer seemed to be perfect.
