Product Description

These 14" x 28" CleanFreak maroon Ecoprep EPP floor prep pads can be used wet or dry. They are designed for removal of floor finish without the use of harsh stripping chemicals. Excellent for repairing acrylic or urethane finishes for recoating. Each pad is ⅜" thick, and can be used on both sides. They will remove multiple layers of heavily damaged floor coatings. It is best to dust mop or sweep before using. Simply attach a red spacer pad to your oscillating floor buffer or orbital auto scrubber and then attach this 14" x 28" maroon strip pad.

For dry applications, there is no need for water or harsh cleaning chemicals. Slowly move the machine over the area until all floor finish is removed. This may need to be done multiple times. Then pick up the residue with a wet/dry vac. Finally, you'll need scrub the floor with an auto scrubber to remove excess residue. Once the floor is dry, new finish can be applied.

For wet applications, we recommend using these pads with plain water or a neutral cleaner. Please follow the same directions as the dry method of stripping. Again, multiple passes may be needed.

Each pad will maintain an aggressive cut throughout the entire stripping process. They are also great for use on wood floors for surface preparation and floor finish removal.
