This Tornado Vortex is a 13" counter-rotating brush (CRB) floor scrubber that can be used on both carpets and hard floors. The two cylindrical brushes run at speeds up to 4x greater than comparable disk scrubbers and reach down into cracks and crevices to clean dirt and debris that pads just pass over. It handles any floor surface with ease, including hard, uneven floors like tile, VCT, and concrete, soft floors like rubber sports mats, entrance mats, and commercial carpets, and even escalators. Cylindrical brushes far outlast rotary pads, using on average one set of brushes for every 100 floor pads.

Effective on commercial-grade carpeting or entrance matting, the Vortex can be used as an interim encapsulation carpet cleaner to increase the lifecycle, health, and beauty of your carpeting. Pair this machine with a soil encapsulation pre-spray, and the cylindrical brushes will agitate and "pile lift" the carpet for an interim solution for high-traffic carpeted spaces.

The soundproof housing allows the Vortex to run at a whisper-quiet 69 dB, perfect for daytime cleaning in environments including hospitals, nursing homes, schools, and hotels.
